People’s Republic of China (PRC) has become Africa’s leading trade and investment partner. Chinese presence has significant impact on Africa’s economic and policy development. This course is designed to familiarise students with various aspects of Chinese business law and international investment policies. On completion, the student will emerge with a balanced and broad outlook on legal aspects of doing business with China, in China and Africa, as well as a projection of future developments.
