Course outline: law and commercial law. The course focuses on the following topics: positional and interest-based negotiation, the principles of negotiation, problem-solving, persuasion in negotiation, ethical negotiation and the dynamics of the negotiation process. The course will involve simulated negotiations and students are expected to participate fully in this process.

Assessment: Prescribed assignments and negotiation simulation: 50%, Take-home examination 50%.
