Bio
Dr Cecile de Villiers joined UCT on 1 November 2023. After obtaining her doctorate degree in labour law in 2022, she held a postdoctoral fellowship at Stellenbosch University. She currently convenes and teaches two labour law LLM courses, Workplace Discrimination & Equality Law and Collective Labour Law. She also teaches Law for Engineers at undergraduate level.
