Dr Kea Motlogeloa

Bio

Dr Keamogetse Motlogeloa is a lecturer in the Commercial Law Department of the Faculty of Law. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa, and a Master of Laws (LLM) and Doctor of Laws (LLD) from the North-West University between 2021-2023. Her research and teaching areas include company law, and banking and finance law.

Dr Motlogeloa has worked as a research assistant at the North-West University and as a legal analyst at the international law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills. Having delivered papers at various local, regional and international academic law conferences, Dr Motlogeloa has also co-authored numerous academic journal articles in Mercantile Law-related fields and has published peer-reviewed articles in various accredited journals.

Corporate and company law, banking and finance law, and aspects of data protection.
