We are pleased to announce the upcoming Insolvency and Business Rescue Law Conference, organised by the Southern African Insolvency Lecturers’ Association (SAILAS).

This prestigious event will take place in August 2024, hosted by the UCT Department of Commercial Law on behalf of SAILAS in collaboration with the University of Johannesburg and the University of Pretoria.

Scheduled to be held at the UCT Law Faculty's Kramer Law Building, the conference will bring together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore and discuss pressing issues in insolvency law. Attendees will engage in comprehensive analyses of emerging trends, challenges, and developments within the field.
