Intellectual Property Innovation - research bursaries for UG and PG Law students
Professor Carolilne Ncube, SARChI Chair in Intellectual Property Innovation and Development, is calling for applications for undergraduate research assistant opportunities and for postgraduate research bursaries.
There are four undergraduate student research assistantships available for 2019, for which applications are invited. The tenure of the assistantship is for March – December 2019 and successful applicants will be awarded a research bursary of R40 000 which is paid into the research assistant’s student account, provided the NRF requirements are satisfied. There are also four bursaries for PhD and LLM students available for 2019, for which applications are invited. The value of the NRF PhD bursary in 2019 is R120 000.00 and the Masters bursary R90 000.00. All bursaries should be held as primary funding towards the degree.
