Professor Anton Fagan

Bio

Anton Fagan is the WP Schreiner Professor of Law at the UCT Faculty of Law. His primary research interest is the South African law of delict. He teaches LLB courses on the South African law of delict and jurisprudence. He has a B-rating from the NRF.
