Molefi Mosanteli is a Senior TRA in the Department of Commercial Law and is currently tutoring Corporations Law to Intermeidiate Year LLB Students. He holds an LLB (NUL) and an LLM in Commercial Law (UCT) and is pursuing his PhD, also in Commercial Law. His particular research interests are in corporate law, tax law, and the intersection of the law with digitalisation. Molefi has also co-lectured Company Law and Business Law II (Service Courses) within the CML Department.
