Boitumelo Sediti holds a BSocSci (with distinction in Public Policy and Administration) and an LLB from the University of Cape Town (UCT). He is currently completing an LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Law. He also serves as an editorial assistant for South African Constitutional Law published by Juta.

Boitumelo completed his articles of clerkship and served as an Associate at Bowmans where he was specialising in Public Law and Regulatory. 

He also served as a law clerk to Justice Leona Theron at the Constitutional Court.
