Learning where it matters

The Environmental Law LLB students recently opted to extend their lecture session by adding an outing to the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. The outing was a wonderful setting to reflect on one aspect of the purpose of environmental law, biodiversity protection, and for the students to think about their experiences with the environment around them and how that influences their approach to law.
