Marine and Environmental Law Programme Back on Offer in 2014
IMEL is pleased to announce that it’s Marine and Environmental Law Programme is back on offer in 2014. The two core courses for this programme are International Law of the Sea and International Environmental Law. These courses are taught by way of two contact sessions per week (14 weeks) at the University of Cape Town. Students undertaking this Programme can then select two further courses from: Principles of Environmental Law; Land Use Planning Law; Natural Resources Law; and Pollution Law. Each of these latter courses comprise of a block-teaching component (two weeks) held at the University of Cape Town and a correspondence learning component (12 weeks) undertaken at the student’s place of residence.
