Saul Roux

Saul Roux is a Research Fellow with the Global Risk Governance programme. He completed a Ph.D. on Urban Sustainable Transitions (University of Cape Town) under the co-supervision of Zarina Patel and Clifford Shearing. His thesis is titled Re-framing Sustainable Transitions: Perspectives from a City in the Global South. He is Head: Environmental Strategy Implementation at the City of Cape Town
