Mitchell De Beer is an advocate at the Cape Bar and practices primarily in the fields of public and commercial law.  He obtained his LLB degree at the University of the Witwatersrand where he graduated as the most distinguished scholar in law.  He also holds an LLM degree (summa cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame.

Research Interests
Mitchell’s areas of interest are Administrative law and constitutional law.
