LLM Graduations - December 2022
Several LLM students graduated on 15 December 2022 (programme) including two who have done their research at the Chair. Mohammad Amusa's thesis entitled 'Sui Generis Protection of Traditional Knowledge in Nigeria: Lessons to be Learnt from Selected African Jurisdictions' was supervised by Prof Ncube and Mzimazi Mayeza's dissertation entitled 'Copyright in the Music Industry: The Protection of Artists’ Rights Against Exploitation in South Africa' was supervised by Prof Ncube and Dr Okorie.Congratulations to Mohammad and Mzimasi.
